Do you have a project minimum charge?
Yes, the minimal rate to make a small repair about 1sqft or less is $250.
When can I paint my drywall patch?
Under normal weather conditions a textured drywall patch will be fully dry & ready for paint in approximately 24 - 48 hours. The following conditions may extend the time a patch takes to fully cure: Cold/ Rainy weather, poor air circulation, the size of the patch or textured area.
Do you replace insulation?
Yes, we insulate all exterior walls & thoroughly inspect your wall for any damaged insulation that might need to be replaced.
What are the Home Owners responsibilities?
Removing items that you feel are in the way helps: taking down artwork, picture frames, moving furniture, clearing a clear pathway to the repair ect. Making sure pets are put somewhere clear out of the work area and kept from running away.
How long does it take for you to do a patch?
For a 1 - 2sqft. hole will take between 1 - 2 hours.
This includes: repairing the drywall & getting it textured (paint ready)
How long does it take you to repair the damages from a full home re-pipe?
To repair and texture a standard home re-pipe ranging from 10-50 holes, will approximately take 1-3 days to complete. (This time frame doesn't include the painting portion)
What kind of paint should I use?
The outcome of your drywall patch will greatly depend on how it's painted.
We suggest you to use a primer first, brands such as Kilz or Zinsser.
If touch up paint is more than 1 year old re-rolling the entire wall might be necessary.
